Annual Assessment Fees are $130.00 annually for each lot owned and is due by March 1st each year

Mowing Fee for Vacant Lots - $525.00 annually for each lot owned and is due by March 1st each year

The POA will mow and trim vacant lots approximately every 3 weeks during the mowing season. Owners may decide to maintain their own lots but agree to keep the lot(s) mowed at least once monthly according to the covenants.
