Please read the following guidelines carefully before completing the registration process.
参加登録にあたり、以下の内容をよくご確認ください。
1. Registration Category 参加区分
Participants are requested to register under the appropriate category. It is the responsibility of each applicant to ensure that the selected registration category is correct at the time of submission.
参加者は、該当する参加区分を選択のうえ登録してください。申込時に正しい区分を選択することは、各申込者の責任となります。The number of participants is limited each day. Registration will be closed once the maximum number of participants has been reached. 一日の参加者の人数には上限があります。上限を超えると申し込みを中止いたします。
2. Registration Fee 登録費
The registration fee covers lunch and refreshments provided during the conference.
登録費には、会期中の昼食および軽食・飲み物が含まれます。
3. Conference Participation by Day 参加可能日
Presenters and general participants are eligible to attend Day 1 and Day 2 of the conference. Day 3 is reserved for CJLE Project members (including professors from Tsukuba University).
発表者および一般参加者は、大会の第1日目および第2日目に参加することができます。第3日目はCJLEPプロジェクトメンバー（筑波大学の教員を含む）のみを対象とします。
4. Payment Currency 支払通貨
Payment may be made in either Japanese Yen (JPY) or Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Participants are requested to remit the registration fee to the appropriate account according to the selected currency.
登録費は、日本円（JPY）またはマレーシア・リンギット（MYR）のいずれかでお支払いいただけます。選択した通貨に応じて、所定の口座へお振込みください。

6. Proof of Payment 支払証明書
Participants must retain the payment receipt or proof of transfer after completing the transaction. A copy of the receipt must be uploaded as part of the registration form.
振込完了後、参加者は送金の証明書を必ず保管してください。登録フォームには、その写しをアップロードする必要があります。
7. Completion of Registration 登録完了
Registration will be considered complete only upon submission of the registration form and successful upload of the proof of payment.
参加登録は、登録フォームの提出および支払証明書のアップロードが完了した時点で正式に完了したものとみなされます。
Disclaimer on Conference Fee Payment
Due to the current uncertain geopolitical situation, there is a possibility that unforeseen circumstances may arise, potentially affecting the ability to proceed with participation in this event. Such circumstances may impact presenters, participants, or the organizers.
In the event that such situations occur, please be advised that all fees paid are non-refundable. The organizing committee will make every reasonable effort to proceed with the program as planned.
All parties are strongly encouraged to carefully consider this matter before making any payment.
参加費に関する免責事項
現在の不安定な地政学的状況により、予期せぬ事態が発生する可能性があり、本イベントへの参加継続が困難となる場合があります。これには、発表者、参加者、または主催者が影響を受ける可能性があります。
万が一そのような事態が発生した場合、すでにお支払いいただいた参加費は返金不可となりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。主催者は、計画されたプログラムを可能な限り実施できるよう最善を尽くします。
お支払い前に、本事項について十分にご検討いただきますようお願い申し上げます。
