There was a special tradition in India since ancient times to keep the attention of the students in the content of absolute focus on one’s study and that is the routine of the learners and their residence to be different from the households. For this, it is very necessary for the students to stay in the Gurukul during the study period. Wherefrom morning to evening, they had to follow a routine that would make them strong and competent in all areas of physicals, intellectual and spiritual asceticism. Tied in this routine, students used to study in the form of Vratbhyas and Vidhyabhyas.
