- Appointing missionary for sabha for spreading dharma.
- Monitoring the activities of Arya Samaj coming under sabha.
- Keeping a record of the attendance of the councilors and members of the Arya Samaj
- Connecting the Aryans without the Arya community scattered in the province by sending propagandists in their area and helping to establish the Arya Samaj there.
- Sending the details of the functions of the Pratiy sabha to the Sarvdeshik sabha.
