City of Katopolis is in crisis as it’s residents mysteriously have started to float out of sight trapped in bubbles. To investigate the strange phenomenon and rescue the citizens, the Mayor and Police Captain Meowdson have dispatched law-enforcement's elite Special Weapons Of Outstanding Paws, air unit. Leading this unit is Lieutenant Rob “Forge” Purr as strategist and engineer, officers Furry “Ace” Michael and John “Dozer” Pawkins as pilot and demo-cat.
