Service Opportunities Available!!

The Maine Chapter PI committee is seeking fellows to do service at two upcoming Health Fairs. Fellows with 90 days or more of abstinence will be matched with fellows with two years  or more of abstinence to share experience, strength, and hope at an FA Booth, offering literature and answering questions about FA. An orientation to doing this type of service is available.

The first opportunity is the Maine Nurse Practitioner Association Spring Conference, being held on April 16 &17, 2026, Thursday and Friday, at Samoset Resort in Rockport, Maine. We are looking for fellows who would be able to help staff the FA Booth on both Thursday and Friday. Some financial aid is available to offset the cost of lodging, if there is a need to stay in the Rockport area.

The second opportunity is the 2026 HOPE Conference, being held on May 13, 2026, at the Augusta Civic Center, in Augusta, ME.
