Users can delete templates in‑app and sign out to clear local data. To request deletion of account‑level and cloud‑synced data, email service@job2main.ca from the Google account used in the app with subject “MailCode – Data Deletion”. We verify ownership by reply and process requests within 30 days. All data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS); no data is sold or used for advertising.
