We are dedicated, fun loving, mahjong players

 Megan McGrath is a true lover of the American mahjong game. She learned this Chinese tile game with her mom at a community center years ago and has been teaching since 2016. She has had formal training to become an American mahjong teacher. Teaching is also a great pastime as she has had many charges in her lifetime.

She enjoys bringing this fun activity to singles and groups to develop and strengthen friendships. She teaches singles at her home (near Lincoln and Wilshire in Santa Monica) upon gathering four students and she travels to student’s homes when they have four to eight players who would like to learn.

Megan has lived in Santa Monica since 1986 and is a native Angeleno. She has two cats: Mittens & Zazzles. Her hobbies are quilting, jewelry making, knitting, crocheting, needle point, sewing clothes and interior design elements, and refereeing children’s soccer games. She looks forward to meeting, and bringing this fun activity to you and your friends.
