Effective Date: August 27, 2026
1. About This Policy
Prism Games (“we,” “us,” or “our”) develops and operates Mahjong Duet (the “Game”). This Privacy Policy explains how we and third-party service providers handle information when you use the Game on an Android device.
2. Intended Audience
The Game is intended for a general casual-gaming audience and is not specifically directed to children. Children’s age groups are not included in the Google Play target audience. Users under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age in their location should not use the Game.
3. Information We Handle
3.1 Local Game Data
The Game stores information on your device so that it can function and remember your progress. This may include level progress, scores, achievements, virtual currency and items, gameplay preferences, sound and language settings, a selected display name or avatar, daily-task status, and gameplay difficulty or performance records. Unless a feature clearly states otherwise, this information normally remains on your device.
3.2 Analytics and Diagnostic Data
Where enabled, Unity or other diagnostic services may process an installation-specific identifier, approximate location inferred from an IP address, device model, operating system, app version, language, session and gameplay events, performance information, and crash or error logs to maintain stability, fix errors, and improve the Game.
3.3 Advertising Data
The Game uses Google AdMob to provide interstitial and rewarded advertisements and may use Unity Ads and Pangle through AdMob mediation. Advertising services may automatically process:
• the Android Advertising ID (AAID) and provider-generated device or app-instance identifiers;
• IP address, approximate region inferred from IP address, device model, operating-system version, app version, language, time zone, network type, and screen information;
• ad requests, impressions, viewing duration, clicks, closures, reward-completion status, and advertising errors or diagnostics;
• privacy-consent status, choice records, and applicable industry consent strings.
The information actually processed depends on device settings, location, user choices, advertising configuration, and applicable law. The Game does not request precise-location permission for advertising.
3.4 Purchase Information
If the Game offers in-app purchases, Google Play processes payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. We may receive limited transaction information such as the product, transaction identifier, purchase status, and country or region, but we do not receive or store complete payment-card details.
3.5 Support Communications
If you contact us, we may process your email address, message, and any other information you choose to provide so that we can respond and provide support.
4. How Information Is Used
We and our service providers may use information to:
• provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Game;
• save settings and progress and process or restore purchases;
• load, display, and measure interstitial and rewarded advertisements;
• provide personalized advertising after obtaining consent where required;
• request non-personalized or limited ads when a user declines personalization, subject to technical availability, ad inventory, and applicable law;
• perform frequency capping, attribution, reporting, fraud prevention, security, and troubleshooting;
• respond to support requests, comply with law, and establish or protect legal rights.
Advertising SDK callbacks do not directly grant in-game rewards. The Game’s business logic grants an item, doubled reward, or revival opportunity only after the Game validates that a rewarded advertisement completed as required. No rewarded benefit is granted if an ad fails to load, is closed early, or does not return a valid reward result, and these outcomes do not block access to normal gameplay.
5. Legal Bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our agreement with you, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Game, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required. Personalized advertising and related identifier processing rely on your consent where applicable law requires it. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
6. Privacy Consent and Advertising Choices
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other applicable regions, the Game uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present privacy or consent messages. We initialize or request applicable advertising services only after UMP indicates that advertising requests are permitted.
You can use “Privacy Settings” in the Game’s Settings menu to review or change available privacy choices. If you decline or withdraw consent for personalized advertising, we will request non-personalized or limited ads where technically and legally available. If applicable law or service status does not permit an ad request, advertising may be unavailable. Declining consent does not block basic gameplay that does not depend on advertising, but an optional rewarded-ad benefit is granted only after an advertisement completes successfully.
You may also reset or delete the Android Advertising ID and manage device-level advertising privacy settings through Android system settings.
7. Sharing and Service Providers
We may provide information reasonably necessary for the purposes above to:
• Google LLC (Google Mobile Ads / AdMob, Google UMP, and Google Play);
• Unity Technologies and its affiliates (Unity Ads and, where enabled, analytics, crash diagnostics, and related technical services);
• ByteDance Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates (Pangle advertising services);
• other advertising-technology partners configured through AdMob and disclosed in the applicable consent message;
• professional advisers, authorities, or other parties where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or manage a business reorganization.
We do not sell personal information for money. Under certain U.S. state laws, however, disclosure of identifiers or activity information to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising.” Eligible users may opt out through the in-game privacy settings or by contacting us.
8. Third-Party Privacy Policies
Third-party services process information under their own privacy policies:
Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy
How Google uses data from partners’ apps: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy: https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy
Pangle End User Data Privacy Policy: https://www.pangleglobal.com/privacy/enduser
The partner list and purposes presented by Google UMP may vary by advertising configuration and region. Please refer to the information shown in the consent message.
9. Retention
Local game data remains on your device until you clear the Game’s data, use an available reset function, or uninstall the Game. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer requests, keep required records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Advertising, analytics, diagnostic, and transaction data is retained by the applicable provider according to its policies, configuration, and legal requirements. We retain information under our control only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.
10. International Processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we or the relevant provider use contractual terms or other appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
11. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent; opt out of targeted advertising; or lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. To make a request, email swiftwifistudio@gmail.com. We may need to verify the request to protect information.
You can remove local game data by clearing app data or uninstalling the Game, subject to device or platform backup settings. You may also submit requests concerning data handled by third-party services directly to those providers under their privacy policies.
12. Children
The Game is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age in their location. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and the Game is not designated as child-directed. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
13. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure.
14. Changes
We may update this Policy when the Game, advertising partners, processing practices, or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised version with a new effective date and provide additional notice or request consent again where required.
