Assessing the impacts of recent heatwaves on urban and sub-urban thermal vulnerability in Khulna District, Bangladesh
Aim
The aim of this study is to investigate the spatial pattern of heatwaves in Khulna district. The key objectives are to develop a heatwave vulnerability index, to identify vulnerable areas of Khulna district with respect to urban and sub-urban areas and to assess the spatial and temporal distribution of vulnerability of Khulna district.
