I recently ordered two books from you and was promised delivery within ten days. As of today, I have not received either book. I also see that the money has been withdrawn from my bank account.
The order number is #87102 and the order was made on April 1, 2024. The two books I ordered were Grammar for English and Conversational English. The total for the order was $31.87.
Since I have not received the books, please cancel the order. Please refund my account the $31.87.
