Art Department Assistant
I was the assistant art department for the production of Show Me Your Bones (2025) Directed by Sam Noble. This was our first production of our second year as part of our 5-7 minute productions. I had gotten on set as a permittee for IATSE 849 in the summer between first and second year and had grown alot as a crew member from that experience and applied it to how I was on set for this production. I was proud of how much I grew from first year and how much my work ethic had improved. For this production I made artwork that fit the charcter of Harlan. He is artistic and likes nature and often sketches and paints landscapes and trees. I made two sketches of trees and a painting of trees to be used in the film. For this production I also helped withs set building, painting, prop and costume sourcing and distressing, makeup, set dec and props. I helped the art director Dylan Kenny with anything he may need. I am happy with how the artwork turned out as well as the makeup on the dead bodies hand, despite it not being clearly seen in the end of the film. I had worked with a lot of the people on this crew during bootcamp and so we already had a rhythm with working together and I enjoyed getting to do two roles on this production.
