State Proficiency Award winners are eligible to submit their applications to National FFA. All applications are generated and submitted online.
Submitting your application is a two-step process:
1. Complete the online application and collect online signatures. Be sure all areas of the application say "met".
2. Notify the state FFA office via email that the application is complete. Notification must be received on or before June 15th for review and online approval.
