Massachusetts FFA participates in the National FFA Convention housing block. You can not make housing arrangements directly with the hotel. Our block is reserved from October 28 - November 1 at the Courtyard by Marriott Capitol. Pricing is listed below for three and four-night options. If you need pricing for less than that, please contact MA FFA. Please note, there is no availability for five-night stays through our block this year.
Reservation requests must be accompanied by the appropriate room deposit, or they will be moved to the end of the priority list. If the number of rooms requested exceeds the number available, priority will be given first to students competing in CDE/LDE's. Advisor/Chaperones should be prepared to share rooms.

October 1 - arrival date: a $250 penalty fee will be charged for each room canceled.
CONDITIONAL APPROVAL
For those chapters with conditional approval to participate, please indicate the number of conditional rooms on your reservation form. Those rooms will not be reserved for you until after the advancement results have been made public, thus avoiding the cancellation policy where possible.
DUE DATES
August 1 - rooming list and deposit ($250/room)
October 1 - final payment in full. Any chapter that has not paid for their rooms in full by this date will be subject to cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit. Please submit your payment using the Final Payment form posted below.
TRANSPORTATION
Convention sessions, workshops, as well as the Expo will take place at the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium. Typically, leadership CDE's are held downtown, while skills-based events are held at the Indiana State Fairgrounds. While transportation is provided to and from the Fairgrounds, many chapters have experienced significant delays during peak hours. As a result, you may want to consider your own ground transportation if you have students that need to be transported to and from the Fairgrounds.
ROOM ACCOMMODATIONS
Room types are assigned based on your rooming list. Arrangements for cots will not be made by MA FFA. Please keep in mind that our room block is limited. If the request for rooms exceeds the number of rooms available, the first priority will be given to contestants. Advisor/Chaperones should be prepared to share rooms.
PARKING
Hotel parking is available for cars/vans. Weekly parking passes for all vehicles and buses will be sold directly by garages and lots with special National FFA rates. Links to purchase will be posted on the National Convention & Expo webpage in September. Parking fees for convention venues are the responsibility of your chapter.
PRICING
Pricing for National Convention housing is listed below. All costs are based upon the number of people assigned to each room. Please indicate the number of nights you are planning to stay on your housing reservation form. If you are planning to extend or shorten your stay from the posted dates, you must contact the State FFA Office in advance. You will be responsible for any additional expenses.
***Please note, the pricing is for housing only and is based per person. (ex. 3 students staying four nights in one room is $350/person, $1050 total.) Chapters must register each participant for the convention and any additional ticketed events you wish to participate in, directly beginning on September 17. Due to a change in policy at National FFA, Massachusetts FFA can no longer handle the registration for you. Click here to access the registration page for more information. ***
