Dagim Belay is the founder and CEO of MH Cafe and Restaurant Consultancy with over 10 years of hospitality industry and years of senior leadership experience in the business.
He graduated from Jimma University, Ethiopia by studding business management.
He’s developed expertise in strategic planning in the hospitality industry, operations, menu development, marketing and supply chain and restaurant development.
He has overseen operations at a lot of restaurants, built restaurant operating systems, and developed multiple brands. He has the know-how to bridge the critical areas of strategic planning to operations, and he also minimizing the cost of the firm by maximizing the profit. He makes sure that the team maximizes sales opportunities and profit and unit growth based on your unique vision.

Desalegn Assefa is operational manager of MH Cafe and Restaurant Consultancy and before he joining MH he oversaw the training and education of services teams with the highest volume upscale restaurant in the city and his developed the operations and services skills required for restaurant to thrive in a competitive market and drive repeat business.
He is graduated from University of Arbaminch, Ethiopia by Tourism and Hotel Management, worked for Tourist Hotel, Emerald Resort at Arbaminch And Gojo Ethiopia traditional Restaurant, at Addis Ababa for more than 6 years.
Desalegn's experience is cultivated through a varying rang of concepts from fine dining restaurants, cultural Ethiopian Restaurants and he believes that successful restaurant are driven by deep care and appreciation for their guests and specializes in creating a services reflective of this ideal. And he’s center of attention is working with his team and caring his squad.
Endashaw Zeleke is a training and development specialist for soft skills, personality development, business communication and hospitality oriented courses.
He has provided training for many hospitality organizations (Restaurant, Bars, cafes.....etc.) on many occasions.
During his career in hospitality industry, he was a front desk associate at Mora Heights Hotel in Arbaminch, Airport Operation officer for Sheraton Addis Hotel and also worked as trainer for soft skills in Biruhminds Business Consult.

Atsede Eyob is a Professional and detail oriented chef with 7+ years of extensive experience in Traditional Ethiopian cuisines. Also, capable of managing Dining services while motivating and training staff to perform at high standard. Additionally, with her creative methods of cooking she adds seasonal ingredients and modern techniques to bring amazing culinary experience.
She seeks to contribute to chef at MH Cafe and Restaurant Consultancy by Planning Menus, developing recipes, preparing dishes, and promoting safety to provide a memorable dining experience for Hospitality establishment.
