Why Scorchlet?

Scorchlet is a cozy dragon pet simulator where players raise, bond, and play with unique companions in a living, mythic world. Each dragon is randomized in type, color, eyes, and tastes, making every playthrough unique. Through feeding, petting, and playful interactions, players discover their dragon’s personality while unlocking new snacks, toys, and treats as they progress.

In Development: Scorchlet Updates

Scorchlet is constantly evolving, with new features, seasonal surprises, and playful interactions being added to deepen the bond between players and their dragons. Here’s a look at what’s currently in development:

Upcoming additions include expressive thought bubbles for hunger, sleep, love, and flying, along with snack‑based experience bonuses that reflect each dragon’s unique tastes. New animations such as sneezing, butterfly chasing, and fish catching will add charm and variety. Seasonal updates for Halloween and Christmas will bring lightweight decorations, foliage, and menu changes.

Companion animals are being expanded with playful interactions: cats unlock at level 5 and dogs at level 10, each with introduction animations and shared minigames. Idle play moments like scratching posts and scarecrow intimidation will enrich daily life. New Minigames are being added as well like a Wreck-It-Ralph INSPIRED minigame where you swat away bad things and grab good things to add to your dragons dreams among many others.

Prestige and reset systems will continue to grow, offering badges, achievements, and even merchandise rewards for dedicated players. These updates ensure Scorchlet remains a living, mythic journey where every milestone feels cozy, magical, and emotionally resonant.
