I believe that classroom management is an integral component in order for meaningful learning to happen. Classroom management maximizes students' learning time, but it also contributes to creating a safe, organized, and predictable classroom environment. It is the structure of the class that helps students know what they are supposed to be doing and how they are supposed to be doing it.

Be open to differentiated management approaches to varying needs of the students
