Madison River Footbridge

There used to be a footbridge across the Madison River at the old river fording location, 3.8 miles from the Entrance of Yellowstone National Park.

This 1925 USGS report (shown at right, link) notes the, "old footbridge at the fording place of Old Gallatin Trail, just north of highway to West Yellowstone."
