I am an Economist with Amazon. before moving to my current position, I was a Post-doctoral Research Fellow at MacMillan Center for International and Area Studies at Yale University where I overaw research activities on a portfolio of projects on gender and financial inclusion. My research studies how gender gaps in opportunities for women emerge and are sustained. Through my work, I aim to further our understanding of the feminization of various deprivations in a way that is relevant for policy-making.

I have worked on the impact evaluation of the Nigeria States Health Investment Project. Before my Ph.D., I worked with the Social Observatory, an interdisciplinary team of researchers at the World Bank's Development Research Group, and provided technical assistance for livelihood projects in India.
