The Chowchilla-Madera Replacement Heifer Program (Chowchilla Fair) is in need of your support. Every year, the program awards several scholarships to local high school seniors who will be attending college in the following fall. The recipients of these scholarships must be currently participating in the Replacement Heifer Program, as well as meeting scholastic requirements. In the past, the program has been a great success. Our goal is to award a scholarship to every eligible student who applies.
In order to reach our goal, we are asking that you either make a donation directly to the scholarship fund, or purchase advertising space in the sales catalog. The sales catalog will be distributed to those who are in attendance at the Dairy Springer Heifer Sale at the Chowchilla-Madera County Fair on Thursday, May 9th, 2024. In addition to your full color advertisement, your business’ name and phone number will be listed in the directory in the back of the sales catalog.

If you wish to place an ad, please complete the attached order form. Then, send us your camera-ready advertisement, business card, or digital file, (.jpg or.pdf format), "Vector art preferred, otherwise minimum 300dpi. Sizes full page 8x5 tall, half page 4x5 wide, quarter 4x2.5 tall, card 2x2.5 wide.", due by April 26th. If you have placed an ad in the past, and would like the same ad to appear in this year’s catalog; simply indicate this by checking the appropriate box on the order form.
