If you are transferring a project to the FFA or back to 4-H, that procedure can be found on the Project Transfer Requirements document. Additionally here is the 4H/FFA/Grange Agreement that details transfer timelines and deadlines.
The Replacement Heifer Contract is an online form. After you submit your contract please email a picture of your heifer to maderacountydairy@gmail.com
Give a copy of pages 1 - 5 from the DairyComp 305 program or pages 1-3 from the DHIA program to your project leader or FFA Adviser and make sure you keep a copy for your dairy binder.

You will need to turn in this Springer Update Form, updated dam production records for the Sale Book along with your updated Record-book by May 1st. Please turn these into your dairy adviser. Chowchilla Fair Exhibitor info.
FFA Record books will consist of the SAE Single Experience page from TheAET.com along with copies of all documents required by the Replacement Heifer Contract. (You will need this PDF printed for each animal in the program!!)
4-H Record books will consist of the section regarding your Replacement Dairy Project along with the Replacement Heifer page from the County 4-H Website as well as copies of all documents required by the Replacement Heifer Contract.
