Since MBM works on a pre-order basis, there are designated processing dates (aka. batch cut-off dates) that are announced via IG story and on this site. Typically, there are 2 batches that open up every month (usually on the first or third weekend of the month) with each batch having a limited number of slots. Slots are dependent on the number of customers, not the number of items bought per customer – so a customer may purchase 3 pieces but only take up 1 slot.
Each batch of orders will be ready and delivered within 3-4 weeks after the processing date, barring any complications!

Please access the Order Form by scrolling to the bottom of this website. Note that all form responses are final and no corrections will be accommodated. Should a client decide to change anything in their order, there will be an additional P200 fine. This is to ensure that all customizations or requests are noted and attended to.

In order to view the images, color guide, and size guide on the form, please click on the image of the item you want to view. To select an item, tick the checkbox and then choose the quantity & size. More information regarding the colors, fabrics, and customizations will be asked towards the latter part of the order form.

As each piece is made to order, returns, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are not allowed.

I do not accept rush orders. If you're concerned about the duration of your order's production, please feel free to inquire through Instagram DM. If the date you're inquiring about is less than 14 days after the processing date, expect that the rush order request will not be accommodated. That said, paid orders are processed every other weekend – this means that you should expect your order at least 3 weeks after the first or third weekend of the month.*
Barring any complications, each batch of orders takes roughly 3-4 weeks to be made and delivered to the customers. Please do note that as this is a small store, each item is handmade and is made with much love, attention, & care.

Yes for some batches! Given that this means that you may join the latest batch and receive your order at the earliest time possible instead of waiting for the next batch of pre-orders to open, there will be an additional 10% charge for the "pahabol order".

I may accept custom orders depending on the item and design. Please inquire through Instagram DM before placing an order. Note that custom tops in plus sizes will have an additional cost.

Yes, I accept customizations for pieces on the catalogue.
Customization fees:
For pieces that will be sent back for alteration, the buyer will shoulder all the delivery costs and pay an additional P250 alteration fee.

- Additional length: P150 for tops/bottoms (with up to 2 additional inches), P200 for tops/bottoms (with more than 2 additional inches), P150-500 for dresses
- Design customizations (e.g. adding strap, changing cut): P150-P500 depending on the complexity
- In-between sizes: P200 per piece
- New fabric or color: Price varies

No, changing the color is not allowed. Should a customer request to change anything from their order, an additional payment of P250 will be collected–this is the correction fee indicated at the end of the order form.

Will my pieces shrink or fade?
Will my pieces shrink or fade?
For sewn pieces: Ideally, no. The fabrics used for each sewn garment are washed before production to avoid shrinkage and color bleeding. However, these may still occur depending on how the garments are washed, the dyeing of the fabric by the supplier, and other factors.
For crocheted pieces: No, however, crocheted pieces may eventually naturally stretch as it is worn. Reshaping the garment is possible, but please do it gently, avoiding tugging the knots. Also, never hang crocheted pieces as this will also reshape them.

- Flat dry or line dry your garments as to not stretch them out. When ironing the garment, use low-medium heat while the piece is slightly damp.
- For crocheted pieces, do not hang to dry. Lay your piece on a dry towel to absorb the water, changing the towel every few hours. Do not bleach nor leave your piece under the sun. Pieces made from cotton yarn may be ironed with "wool" or medium temperature.
