4 Victoria's Secret Models Share Their Go-To Butt Workouts

Adriana Lima and three other models share *exactly* how they train their "Brazilian butts." And it's all pretty doable.

When you're a Victoria's Secret model, it's kind of part of the job to show some cheek at work. And by *cheek* I mean booty.

Izabel Goulart

To get in shape, Goulart dedicates an hour every day to working out—no matter where she is in the world.

Her booty moves include "power squats" and "butt-blaster lunges."

The supermodel has a simple philosophy on how to achieve the iconic "Brazilian butt":

"I really believe you just have to get off your butt in order to have a nice one!"

Lima said she likes to do squats and burpees to target her behind, and she goes for runs and walks "as much as possible" to get in her cardio.

Caroline Trentini

Trentini doesn't target her backside specifically in workouts, but she does a full-body routine with a trainer that she calls "functional fighting."

"It mixes boxing, jumping jacks, skipping, and Muay Thai—the kicks especially help tone my butt,"

If she doesn't have time for that hour-long workout, she'll still go for a 30-minute run to get in some cardio.

Lais Ribeiro

Riberio said she likes Body by Simone classes—a dance workout class with celeb fans like Taylor Swift—because she can get in some sneaky toning while having fun dancing.

Another favorite butt-toner: Pilates classes. "Also squats, which are never fun to do, but are totally effective,"
