Understanding national relationships today requires right division. During Time Past, God dealt with nations through Israel. But Now, in the dispensation of grace, God deals with individuals regardless of nationality.
God's Chosen Nation
Exclusive selection: "You only have I known of all the families of the earth" (Amos 3:2 KJV)
Special blessing: "For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God" (Deuteronomy 7:6 KJV)
Channel of blessing: "And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed" (Genesis 22:18 KJV)
Israel's Advantages
Divine covenants: "Who are Israelites; to whom pertaineth the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants" (Romans 9:4 KJV)
Special revelation: "He sheweth his word unto Jacob, his statutes and his judgments unto Israel" (Psalm 147:19 KJV)
National promises: "He hath not dealt so with any nation" (Psalm 147:20 KJV)
Individual Focus
