Diet plans: We have standard diet plans for one month that we provide. Weight loss diet plans are $25 dollars and Gluten Free diets are $30. Once purchased they will be emailed to you. If you would like to purchase additional counseling it is $100 for that month.

First Consultation: We do consults over the phone, Skype or in person. To perform the first consult we must have a copy of blood work, medical history form and a 3-day food diary filled out. We provide these forms on our website. The information will be reviewed with you and diet assessment will be performed. If the call is over the phone or Skype please make sure to provide us anthropometric information, such as height, weight and waist measurements. In person consult includes these measurements done by a representative. After all the assessments have been done the representative will sit down and write a diet plan out for you. You have the privilege of unlimited calls or emails for one month. A representative is willing to meet with you weekly to track your progress, answer any questions you have or just to be a support system for you. At SmartBody Nutrition and Wellness we are serious about your health and want to make sure you are comfortable with any issues you have. The cost of the first consultation is $150 and this includes unlimited phone calls, emails or meetings for one month.

Follow up Consult: We offer follow up consults for our returning clients. At these appointments we will go over any new blood work, medical history, and diet assessment.The appointments can be over the phone, Skype, or in person. A representative will do weight checks and go over any dietary needs. The cost of a follow up consult is $25/2 hours.

Shopping Trip: A nutritionist will accompany you to the grocery store of your choice to help you shop for your dietary needs. They will help you read labels, find the good deals and just distinguish the healthy from the unhealthy foods. The cost for the shopping trip is $15/30 minutes.

Family Package: We offer family packages. The cost of a family consultation is $300 per a family of 4. A nutritionist will work with your family in revamping your daily eating habits, how to shop healthy, and incorporating exercise to your daily routines.

We offer group counseling discounts with groups over 5 people.
