Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Mad Grading (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Description of the Service
Mad Grading is a casual grading-themed puzzle game designed to let users review answers, check playful submissions, judge funny or unusual responses, and progress through simple grading challenges in a light and entertaining interface.
The App may include features such as:
Answer-checking or grading gameplay
Puzzle rounds, stages, missions, or progression systems
Score, grade, rank, result, or feedback displays
Hint systems, if available
Collection records, grading history, or completed challenge lists, if available
Local game progress and save data, if available
Game settings, preferences, sound, vibration, language, and theme options
Optional screenshot, save, export, copy, or share features, if available
Advertisements, rewarded ads, or in-app purchases, if applicable
The App is provided “as is” for personal and non-commercial entertainment use.
Permissions and Device Features
Mad Grading is designed to work without requiring account sign-in. Depending on your device and enabled features, the App may request access to certain device permissions or system features, such as:
Internet access for ads, billing, analytics, diagnostics, or optional remote content
Audio playback features for game sounds, effects, background music, or UI feedback
Notification access only if the App provides reminders, event alerts, or related notification features, if enabled
Photos / Media / Storage access only if the App provides save, export, screenshot, or share features that require file access
Vibration or haptic feedback features, if supported by your device
Microphone access only if the App later provides a feature that requires microphone input, and only after permission is granted
If you deny required permissions, some features may not function properly or may be unavailable.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the App
Use the App to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s data, systems, or services
Misuse the App in a way that may interfere with its normal operation
Exploit bugs, automated tools, or unauthorized methods to manipulate gameplay, ads, purchases, rewards, scores, grades, rankings, or app behavior
You are solely responsible for how you use the App and for any game progress, screenshots, exported files, copied content, or shared content you choose to save, export, copy, or share from the App.
Gameplay and Entertainment Disclaimer
Mad Grading is provided as a casual entertainment and puzzle game. While we aim to provide a fun and reliable experience, we do not guarantee that all answers, grading results, scores, ranks, hints, challenge records, rewards, settings, or game data will always be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Game behavior may be affected by factors such as device performance, operating system limitations, storage availability, background apps, battery saving settings, app updates, compatibility issues, or local data changes.
The App does not provide official educational evaluation, academic grading, test scoring, professional assessment, legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Any answer checks, grades, scores, comments, feedback, or results shown in the App are fictional, simplified, humorous, or designed for gameplay purposes only. They should not be treated as official or real-world evaluation results.
Please use the App responsibly. Pocket Arcade Studio is not responsible for gameplay outcomes, lost progress, incorrect answers, incorrect grading results, unavailable features, device issues, local data loss, or results caused by the use of the App or reliance on information displayed in the App.
Advertisements and Purchases
The free version of the App may display advertisements through Google AdMob or similar third-party networks. We may also offer:
In-app purchases to remove ads or unlock premium features, if applicable
Rewarded ads that may temporarily unlock hints, bonuses, retries, extra content, or other benefits, if applicable
Premium features such as ad removal, additional game content, extra hints, customization features, advanced options, or convenience tools, if applicable
All purchases are handled through the official Google Play Store billing system, and refunds are processed according to Google’s policies. We do not provide direct refunds outside of what is supported by Google Play.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will always function without interruption, error, or defect, or that any issues will be corrected immediately. Use of the App is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pocket Arcade Studio is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
Your use or inability to use the App
Any inaccurate, unavailable, incomplete, or lost gameplay data, progress, answers, grading results, scores, ranks, hints, rewards, settings, or saved records
Any loss of local game progress, save data, app settings, cached data, preferences, or grading history due to device issues, OS updates, storage limitations, permission changes, app updates, or app crashes
Any device compatibility issue, export failure, sharing issue, sound issue, display issue, performance issue, or local storage issue
Any actions or failures of third-party services such as advertising networks, analytics providers, sharing components, or billing services
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may also stop using and uninstall the App at any time.
Updates and Changes
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will take effect once it is posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after such updates means you accept the revised Terms.
We may also update the App itself, for example through new features, new questions, new grading challenges, new stages, bug fixes, UI changes, performance improvements, content adjustments, balance changes, sound changes, or compatibility updates.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
