The MACRO Approach looks at the big picture when it comes to effective career readiness training and development of the workforce. MACRO supports the community of Career Readiness Organizations through cross-sector collaboration and connection to supportive resources in order to foster a more holistic development of the workforce.

Digital Literacy & Well-being are hot topics in both K-12 and Post-secondary Education and employers are sounding the alarm around the lack of preparation so many job-seekers/students are displaying in these areas. Common Sense Media will be in town to discuss their free resources and supports designed to empower parents and educators to take control of their digital well-being.

What is a Non-Traditional Postsecondary Training Program?

Non-Traditional Postsecondary Workforce Training Organizations are a diverse ecosystem of trainings which serve some of the most critically in-demand career pathways such as Construction/Skilled Trades, Healthcare, Advanced Manufacturing, Transportation, and the Service Industry.

Defining a more holistic development of the workforce:
