MACRO supports the community of Career Readiness Organizations through cross-sector collaboration and connection to supportive resources in order to foster a more holistic development of the workforce.

What is a Non-Traditional Postsecondary Training Program?

Non-Traditional Postsecondary Workforce Training Organizations are a diverse ecosystem of trainings which serve some of the most critically in-demand career pathways such as Construction/Skilled Trades, Healthcare, Advanced Manufacturing, Transportation, and the Service Industry.

Defining a more holistic development of the workforce:

MACRO believes that the following educational pillars combine to build a foundation of knowledge which allows jobseekers to to reach self-actualization to not just receive initial employment, but retain that employment and achieve life stability.
