The MACRO Approach looks at the big picture when it comes to effective career readiness training and development of the workforce. MACRO supports the community of Career Readiness Organizations through cross-sector collaboration and connection to supportive resources in order to foster a more holistic development of the workforce.

For more than 55 years, Lincoln Tech Denver has provided quality career training programs for in-demand careers. This September, Lincoln Tech is inviting the MACRO Community out to a special Lunch & Learn Tour of their CTE campus!

What is a Non-Traditional Postsecondary Training Program?

Non-Traditional Postsecondary Workforce Training Organizations are a diverse ecosystem of trainings which serve some of the most critically in-demand career pathways such as Construction/Skilled Trades, Healthcare, Advanced Manufacturing, Transportation, and the Service Industry.
