Easy Steps to Create Mailing List in Gmail

The first steps are to enter your Gmail account by visiting Gmail website in the browser. Click on the “Sign- in” icon on Gmail website and enter your Username and Password. It will take you to your inbox.
Once you land into your inbox, on the top left-hand side you will see a Google name and just below that there would be Gmail written. Click on the small downward arrow next to Gmail and a drop-down menu will get open.
Now from the list, choose Contacts. As soon as you will click on Contacts, a list of contacts will get open in new tab.
On the list of options on the left side of the window, click on "create the label". It would be somewhere middle on the list. If you are not able to see this option then click on "Labels" and then "create label" option would appear under this.
Now give a name to your folder, after you type in the name, a small Yellow color folder would be created on the sidebar of your window under the "Labels" heading.
Now to create a mailing list for your contacts, take your cursor on the left side on Contacts name and click on the box. Type in the name, address, phone number and information required in the fields. Click Save. Repeat this step if you want to select or create a new contact name. [ To select already created contact list, press Ctrl +A (for Windows pc) or else press Command +A if you are using MAC laptop.]
To manage all the labels created by you, click on Right arrow button which is on the left side of the envelope icon at the top-most right side of the window.
Now click on the label that you have created just now which is listed in the drop-down menu. The moment you click on it, it will add your contact to this label list.
Repeat the above steps to create more labels and add more contacts to your labels.
