All participants MUST have their own Minecraft account in order to join the club, which does have a cost. Parents can sign their students up for accounts on the Minecraft website.
In order to assist students in logging in, I am asking that you enter their Minecraft Usernames (U.N.) and Passwords (P.W.) in the survey below.
