Memz was initially a project funded by Machina Corp to see if it was possible to digitize a human consciousness. Unfortunately for Memz, this was completely possible. It was poured into a computer against their will, becoming a computer program. Originally, he was trapped within the computer, but soon figured out a way to break free. It's now considered a computer virus, and is currently infecting Metamorph. They can take over him any time he pleases.
