MachBusters #9097 is a robotics team from Cincinnati, Ohio. We are part of FIRST®, which stands for For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology. We are a self-led team of 26 high school students. Together we are on a mission to improve our engineering, software, outreach, technology, marketing, and leadership skills! Our biggest goal is to make a short-term impact in our community and a long-term impact on our society.

Our mission is to have a sustainable diverse team where everyone feels valued and is inspired to develop a passion for STEAM and problem-solving. We strive for excellence in all aspects of our work, and foster an atmosphere of creativity and innovation. We promote an inclusive community of team members who contribute a variety of perspectives to formulate creative solutions. Additionally, through outreach and service projects, we have a positive impact in our community and mentor the next generation of STEAM professionals and problem-solvers.
