AAU Citrus Grove Grand Prix

Competition Dates:  Saturday, April 5 to Sunday, April 6, 2025

Locations:  AdventHealth Fieldhouse at Chain of Lakes Park: 210 Cypress  Gardens Blvd, Winter Haven, FL 33880.
Auburndale Community Center at 405 Bennett St., Auburndale, FL 33823. Additional sites may be added if needed. 

Entry Fee & Deadline:  $395 per team. Entry deadline is March 14, 2025 or earlier if capacity is reached. 

Divisions:  Girls' divisions - 12U, 13U, 14U, 15U, 16U, 17U, 18U

Team Cancellation: Withdrawals made in writing by March 14, 2025 will receive a 50% refund. Any team withdrawing after March 14, 2025 will forfeit its entire entry fee. Withdrawal requests must be made in writing to mach3events@gmail.com. Convenience fees are non-refundable.

Check-In: All teams must check in ONLINE on AES by April 3, 2025. 

Competition Format & Schedule: Pool play will take place on Saturday, April 5 with AM & PM waves. Single elimination bracket play and finals will take place on Sunday, April 6. The schedule on AES is the official schedule and will be updated if changes are necessary. 

Roster Info:  Team rosters may include up to 14 players and 3 adult staff personnel. Team rosters are required by March 14, 2025. You must submit an AAU verified AES roster by this date. Roster changes are permitted up until April 3, 2025. 

Spectator InfoAdmission is $14 per person per day and $25 for a length-of-event-pass.  Children under 2 are FREE. 

We HIGHLY encourage the purchase of passes ahead of time for quick entry. Once purchased, the buyer will receive a receipt via email with a QR code. So they will need to make sure to enter their email address correctly. They will then need to show the QR code at admissions to receive the appropriate wristband. Tickets are non-transferable. 

Spectators will NOT be allowed on the playing floor at AdventHealth Fieldhouse, all spectators will be directed to the spectator viewing area which is upstairs in the venue. Spectators may bring their own chairs, some bleacher seating is provided per court. Bleachers seating is provided at Auburndale Community Center and outside chairs are not allowed here. 

Hotels:  Hotel blocks are available through www.volleyballhotels.com/mach-3-events. Food Options: The facility operates a concession stand that will be open both days. We will also have some amazing food trucks right outside the main entrance. There is also a Panera Bread, Chick-fil-a (Saturday only), Starbucks, and Boston Market all within walking distance on the same side of the street. Without listing them all, there are plenty of places with varying food selections close by including Publix and Walmart. 

No food or drinks allowed within the gym are. All food and drink (besides water or sports drink) must be consumed in the lobby, outside, or the upstairs of the facility. All water and sports drinks on the gym floor must have a closed capped lid (no straws allowed). 



THIS IS AN AAU VOLLEYBALL GRAND PRIX EVENT

Winners receive a FREE* entry into the AAU National Championships in Orlando, FL or the Volleyball Festival in Phoenix, AZ.

Winning teams in age divisions with 16 or more teams will receive a free entry fee to the AAU Junior National Volleyball Championships or the Volleyball Festival. * In divisions with less than 16 teams, the entry fee will be discounted.
