Xpense App (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and handle your data when you use our mobile application.

• Create and manage your account

• Allow you to track expenses

• Enable group expense sharing with other users

• Sync your data across devices

• Improve app performance and reliability

We only share data in the following cases:

a. With Other Users

• Your username and expense data may be visible to users within the same group for collaboration purposes

b. With Service Providers

We use trusted third-party services:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Database, Hosting)

These services process data securely on our behalf.

4. Data Security

We take appropriate measures to protect your data:

• All data is transmitted using secure encryption (HTTPS/TLS)

• Access to your data is restricted and protected

• Firebase security rules are used to prevent unauthorized access

5. Data Retention

• Your data is stored as long as your account is active

• You can request deletion at any time

• Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed within 24 hours

6. Account Deletion

You can delete your account directly from the app:

Steps:

1. Open Xpense App

2. Go to Settings

3. Tap “Delete Account”

4. Confirm your request

What happens after deletion:

• Your account is permanently deleted

• All personal and financial data is removed

• You are removed from all groups

This action is irreversible.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data

• Update or correct your information

• Delete your account and data

8. Children’s Privacy

Xpense App is not intended for users under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect data from children.
