*proof of student status must be submitted during registration.
Registration includes admission to all sessions, workshop materials, lunches and coffee breaks and VAT (23%).

Dinners and accommodation are not included in the registration fee.

Payment instructions

The early bird and normal rates apply to registrations and payments received by the respective dates. Please make sure to complete your registration and payment before the applicable deadline to benefit from the discounted rates.

If you have submitted an abstract, it is important to note that the payment deadline is October 15, 2023. to guarantee the inclusion of your abstract in the official Meeting Program.

50% refund (less 50,00€ handling fee) until 15 October 

No refund on cancellations after 16 October
