No-Show & Cancellation Policy
I ask that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling a session.
Strike 1: Friendly reminder.
Strike 2: Payment required to book future lessons.
Strike 3: Time slot may be released to other athletes.
This policy helps me stay consistent, fair, and better serve all of my athletes. Thanks for respecting my time and your own progress!
