Identify and meet the needs of Asian American educators in Massachusetts
Bring together Asian American educators of different backgrounds to create a support network
Identify and advocate for the educational needs of the Asian American community
Work together with other educational groups of color both locally and nationally
Collaborate with other sectors of the Asian and Asian American community to address issues of common concern
Encourage members of the Asian American community to enter the field of education
