Abstract submission deadline: 25 November 2024

STEP 2:

Applicant(s) of the selected Abstract(s) will be contacted with payment links and registration form (by 30 November, 2024).

STEP 3:

Registration deadline: 13 December, 2024 

Some basic information on registration: The registration fee with accommodation will cover accommodation for four nights (stay for PIs: Hotel on shared basis; and for Students: IITJ hostels), a registration kit, all meals during the meeting, and one sightseeing. 

The registration fee is non-refundable.

Registration fee:

• Academic Students (PhD/Researcher/JRF/PDFs)(with accommodation):  7500 + 18% GST INR

• Faculty (with accommodation): 15500 + 18% GST/- INR

• Academic Students (PhD/Researcher/JRF/PDFs)(without accommodation):  5000 + 18% GST INR

• Faculty (without accommodation): 10000 + 18% GST/- INR

• Researchers from Industries (invitation only): 25500 + 18% GST/- INR
