I used to be an English teacher. My understanding of linguistics, grammar, and rhetoric made this a seemingly appropriate career choice. However, one day I was no longer standing at the head of a classroom. Nope. After years of noticing inaccuracies and oversights in textbooks, I found myself in an editor’s chair at a small company that developed educational materials.
My decision to change careers was quickly confirmed to have been the right one. In no time, I became the primary resource for language queries and soon progressed to a senior position. I supervised and trained staff and freelancers and ensured high quality in our publications.
Since starting my writing and editing career, I’ve expanded beyond education to include projects involving law, technology, cultural heritage, and other fields.
As a professional with a master’s degree in a communications field, I help SMEs and organizations produce award-winning work for different audiences and help them elevate their status in their respective industries. Let’s be in touch to see how we can help each other.
For clarification, I have U.S. citizenship, and I am looking to relocate to the U.S.
