Welcome to Lyriqa ("the App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Description of Service
Lyriqa is an AI-powered music creation application that allows users to:
Generate songs from text prompts or custom lyrics
Create AI-generated lyrics, vocals, and backing tracks
Download and share generated music content
Access additional features through premium subscriptions
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Lyriqa offers auto-renewable subscription plans (Weekly and Yearly).
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen plan.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
5. User Content and Generated Content
You retain ownership of any original lyrics or prompts you submit to the App ("User Content").
Music, vocals, and other content generated by the AI ("Generated Content") are provided for your personal and commercial use, subject to the limitations of your subscription plan.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Generate content that is hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
Use automated systems or bots to access the App
Misrepresent AI-generated content as entirely human-created in contexts where such distinction is legally required
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, AI models, and underlying technology, is owned by the Lyriqa team and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's reliability, accuracy, or availability. AI-generated content may contain errors or imperfections, and we do not guarantee the quality or originality of any Generated Content.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lyriqa and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
