Firebase Cloud Firestore: Usage limits and user preferences
Apple In-App Purchase: Subscription status (we do not have access to your payment details)

Generate AI music, lyrics, vocals, and instrumentals based on your input

3. Data Storage and Security
Your generated songs and preferences are stored locally on your device using encrypted storage.
Usage data is stored securely in Firebase Cloud Firestore.
Audio files are processed through our secure API servers and are not permanently stored on our servers after generation is complete.
We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), to protect your data.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following circumstances:
Service Providers: With third-party AI services solely for the purpose of generating music content on your behalf
Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process
Safety: To protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data

6. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
7. Data Retention
Locally stored songs remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App.
Usage limit data is retained in our database and automatically resets daily.
Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months in accordance with Firebase Analytics default settings.
If you request account deletion, we will remove all associated data within 30 days.
8. App Tracking Transparency
On iOS 14.5 and later, we request your permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites. You can change your tracking preferences at any time in your device's Settings under Privacy > Tracking.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
