Lyrics Translator は、iPhone の曲の歌詞を、好きな言語に翻訳して原文と並べて読むアプリです。

このアプリは、曲にあらかじめ設定されている歌詞（曲ファイルに埋め込まれた歌詞）か、あなたが入力した歌詞を翻訳して表示します。インターネットから歌詞を自動取得するアプリではありません。歌詞が設定されていない曲は、ご自身で歌詞を貼り付けると翻訳できます。

■ 使い方

1. ホーム：ミュージックで再生中の曲があれば、表示されるカードをタップすると歌詞と訳が出ます。

2. 「ライブラリから曲を選ぶ」：曲・アルバム・アーティストから選べます（検索も可能）。

3. 歌詞が無い曲は「歌詞を手で貼り付ける」で入力できます。入力した歌詞は編集でき、翻訳先の言語を変えても再利用されます。

4. 右上の歯車（設定）で、翻訳先の言語を選べます。

■ 曲に歌詞を設定するには

歌詞を1から手入力するのが大変なときは、次の方法もあります。

・パソコンのミュージック（Mac）／iTunes（Windows）で曲を選び、「情報を見る」→「歌詞」タブに歌詞を貼り付けてiPhoneと同期すると、その歌詞がこのアプリにも表示されます（大きい画面でコピペでき、曲ファイル自体に保存されます）。

・このアプリの「歌詞を手で貼り付ける」から直接入力することもできます。

※ 曲のタグ（情報）を編集できる外部ツールを使う方法もありますが、歌詞の入手・利用は著作権に十分ご注意のうえ、各自の責任でお願いします。

■ 翻訳エンジンについて

・既定では iPhone の端末内翻訳を使います（無料・オフライン・端末内で完結）。

・より自然な訳が欲しい場合は、設定でご自身の DeepL API キーを入力すると DeepL 翻訳が使えます（任意）。

■ DeepL の無料 API キーの取り方（任意）

1. ブラウザで DeepL API のページ（www.deepl.com/pro-api）を開きます。

2. API アカウントに登録し、無料で使える開発者向けプランを選びます。

3. アカウントの「API キー」ページで認証キーをコピーします。

4. アプリの設定 →「DeepL 翻訳を使う」をオンにし、キーを貼り付けて保存します。

※ DeepL を使うと、翻訳のために歌詞テキストが DeepL に送信されます（詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください）。キーはこの端末の Keychain（安全な保管領域）にのみ保存され、アプリを削除して入れ直すと消去されます。

Lyrics Translator lets you read the lyrics of songs on your iPhone, translated into the language you choose and shown side by side with the original.

This app translates lyrics that are already set on a song (embedded in the song file) or lyrics you type in yourself. It does not search the internet for lyrics. For songs that have no lyrics, you can paste your own and translate them.

■ How to use

1. Home: If a song is playing in Apple Music, tap the card shown to see its lyrics and translation.

2. "Choose a song from your library": Pick from songs, albums, or artists (search is available).

3. For songs without lyrics, tap "Paste lyrics manually" to enter them. Lyrics you enter can be edited and are reused even when you change the target language.

4. Tap the gear (Settings) in the top right to choose the target language.

■ Adding lyrics to a song

If typing lyrics from scratch is tedious, you have a few options:

- On a computer, use the Music app (Mac) or iTunes (Windows): select a song, open "Get Info" -> "Lyrics," paste the lyrics, then sync to your iPhone. The lyrics will then appear in this app (easier copy-paste on a big screen, and stored in the song file itself).

- You can also enter lyrics directly in this app via "Paste lyrics manually."

Note: There are also third-party tools that can edit a song's tags (info). Please be mindful of copyright and use such tools at your own responsibility.

■ About translation

- By default, the app uses Apple's on-device translation (free, offline, stays on your device).

- If you want more natural translations, you can enter your own DeepL API key in Settings to use DeepL (optional).

■ How to get a free DeepL API key (optional)

1. Open the DeepL API page in your browser (www.deepl.com/pro-api).

2. Register for an API account and choose a free developer plan.

3. Copy the authentication key from the "API Keys" page of your account.

4. In the app's Settings, turn on "Use DeepL translation" and paste the key, then save.

Note: When you use DeepL, the lyrics text is sent to DeepL for translation (see the Privacy Policy). Your key is stored only in your device's Keychain (secure storage) and is removed when you delete and reinstall the app.
