Volunteers needed for....... "Helping Hands!"
Join our growing list of volunteers that teachers can rely on for help with “off-site" tasks like cutting massive amounts of things - laminating- labeling- etc.
This volunteer list includes community members, retired teachers, grandparents, etc.
You may not be called often but when you are you know it is much needed help!

Want to Volunteer at the School?
Kentucky State Law passed that both forms below must be completed and approved to volunteer or attend a field trip.
Both forms must be complete and you should receive an email of acceptance BEFORE you can volunteer or go on a field trip. It usually takes 4-6 weeks to be approved or denied.
Step 1: Complete the Volunteer Registration Form
Step 2: Complete the CAN Check on https://ssointernal.chfs.ky.gov and follow the directions that are linked below. Be sure to click on the DPP 156 option.
To submit a CAN Check Request create an account on https://ssointernal.chfs.ky.gov and then submit a CAN Check request. The links below will walk through each step.

Submitting a request
The User Guide walks you through submitting a CAN Check request. Be sure to click on the DPP 156 option. You must first make an account before submitting a request.
Step 3: Wait for an email confirming your results are complete from school personnel, which can take days to a couple weeks to be processed completely.
