Day 2: School-Level Leadership

Theme Connection: How do I translate mission integrity into school culture, teams, and daily decisions?

Focus: The journey expands to the school level. Delegates move from personal reflection to practical application — exploring what mission integrity looks like in their schools. Sessions address the tension between business pressures and values, governance with integrity, and building a culture that reflects what the school claims to stand for.

  • Concurrent workshops on practical culture-shaping, governance, financial literacy, and ethical leadership.

  • Panel discussion on navigating commercial pressures with mission integrity.

Day 3: System-Level Leadership

Theme Connection: How do I extend mission integrity beyond my school to influence the wider system?

Focus: The journey culminates at the system level. Delegates engage in cross-school thinking, legacy conversations, and commit to actions that will ripple beyond their own institutions. The question shifts from "What does my school stand for?" to "How do I contribute to a more equitable, sustainable, and values-led international school community?"

• Signature Moment: 

  • Closing sessions on system-level challenges and opportunities.

  • Delegate commitment activity — publicly stating one action to take back to their school.

  • Formal close, reinforcing the community's collective responsibility to lead with mission integrity.
