What We Do

The LX Design Collective is a boutique design firm that bridges the gap between learning science research and practical experience design. We engineer evidence-based learning environments that are as rigorous as they are engaging. 

Our work is organized into three specialized wings:

• The LEADER CoP (Research & Community): Our foundational Community of Practice, dedicated to empirical research and scholarly dialogue, informs our design decisions.

• The LX Hub (Instruction & Courses): A central repository (or learning hub) for research-informed learning modules.

• The Innovation Studio (Design & Technology): Our creative engine where we prototype high-impact experiences using VR, simulations, AI, wearables, and custom applications.
