To join the club, please complete the Laguna Woods Village Shuffleboard Application & Liability Waiver and submit it along with the yearly membership fee of $20.
The application form is available in the Documents section of this website or at the Shuffleboard Courts.
If you join between October and December, your membership will automatically extend through the end of the following year.
You may submit your completed form and payment in one of the following ways:
