rules & conduct

To ensure a productive and safe learning environment, all participants must adhere to the following standards:

General Conduct: Learners are expected to treat staff, other students, and equipment with respect at all times.  

Device Policy: Computers and Wi-Fi are provided strictly for educational purposes. Accessing inappropriate content or social media for non-school purposes may lead to suspension from the program.  

Damages: Parents or guardians will be held financially responsible for any intentional damage to hardware or furniture caused by a learner.  

Attendance & Safety: Our operating hours for learners are Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 4:30 pm. Learners must be collected promptly at 4:30 pm, as no supervision is provided after closing hours.  

Liability: While every precaution is taken to ensure safety, Lwazi School Projects and its staff shall not be held liable for injuries, loss, or damage to personal property while on the premises.
