Special Meetings

During the normal (and sometimes abnormal) business of Leisure World there often is a need for unscheduled meetings.

Since these normally have short lead times therefore the older communication tools cannot provide adequate notice.

In such cases the Board and Administration will use The Blast email to notify residents.

The Board also has the option to call an executive session which is not open to residents.

There will be no notice provided regarding these sessions which typically deal with personnel issues.
