In 2019, I invited the CTO of Company Nurse to visit our school for lectures and discuss cooperation matters. They want to develop a model for sentiment and semantic analysis of insurance claim calls to mine valuable information from it. I conducted preliminary research and development with 2 students, and Company Nurse supported our expenses on cloud computing. Later, I tried to establish a cooperation agreement with them in order to get more funding support. Unfortunately, this research agreement was not reached because of their limited budget.
