Appointments & Arrival

Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Dogs must be leashed when arriving and leaving

Crate-Free, One-on-One Grooming

I groom one dog at a time in my home, with no crates. Your pup is with me the whole visit.

Cancellations & No-Shows

I require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
After 2 no-shows or same-day cancellations, a non-refundable deposit of half the groom will be required to book future appointments.

Late Pick-Up

Please return promptly once I text that your dog is ready.
Repeated late pick-ups may add a small handling fee.

Health & Safety

Please let me know about any health issues, medications, or behavior concerns.
I will not groom dogs with open wounds, active contagious conditions, or unsafe behavior.
Severely matted dogs may require a shave-down for their comfort and safety.

Payment

Cash, Venmo and debit cards accepted (2.6% added to debit card charges)
Payment is due at pick-up.
