The Stay Fresh Program is designed to keep your dog’s coat healthy, manageable, and mat-free while rewarding owners who maintain a consistent grooming cycle. By joining the program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Staying on Schedule

To receive the Stay Fresh maintenance discount, clients must stay within ±7 days of their chosen grooming rotation.

Available cycles: 4, 6, or 8 weeks

Within the 7-day window: Discount applies
Outside the 7-day window: Full regular grooming price applies

If you fall outside the window, you are welcome to resume the program at the next on-time visit.

2. Rescheduling

• Clients may reschedule one time per cycle, as long as the new appointment still falls within the 7-day window.
• Reschedules that fall outside the allowed window will be charged at the regular grooming price.
• Stay Fresh benefits automatically resume at the next on-time appointment.

3. No-Shows & Late Cancellations

To keep scheduling fair and respectful for everyone:

Less than 24 hours’ notice = Treated as a no-show

1st no-show: Standard no-show fee applies
2nd no-show: Removal from the program for 6 months
Repeated last-minute changes may also result in temporary removal

4. Coat Condition Requirements

The Stay Fresh Program is a maintenance program. Dogs must arrive in a condition that matches regular upkeep.

Additional fees apply for:
• Matting
• Impacted coat
• Excess undercoat buildup
• Compact, felted, or neglected coat

If matting or coat condition puts your dog’s safety or comfort at risk, a shave-down may be required. This does not remove you from the program, but the shave-down fee does apply.

5. Behavior & Safety

A safe grooming experience is the top priority.

Additional fees or program removal may occur if:
• Your dog becomes unsafe to groom
• Excess handling time is required
• Severe behavioral issues interfere with the grooming process

This ensures safety for your dog and for the groomer.

6. Arrival & Pickup

Please respect drop-off and pickup expectations.

• Dogs must be picked up promptly after grooming
• Late pickups may incur a fee
• Repeated late pickups may affect program eligibility

7. What the Program Includes

The Stay Fresh Program offers:

• Routine grooming on your chosen rotation
• Consistent coat upkeep and comfort
• Lower grooming costs than infrequent full grooms
• Less matting, cleaner skin, and an overall healthier coat
• A calmer, happier grooming experience due to routine

8. Eligibility

Dogs must start the program in a reasonably maintained condition.

Dogs that begin with severe matting or impacted coat must be corrected before joining.
The program is best suited for dogs who benefit from regular coat management.

9. Program Removal

You may be removed or paused from the program if:

• You miss the schedule window consistently
• You accumulate two no-shows
• Your dog’s coat repeatedly arrives far beyond maintenance level
• Behavioral issues make grooming unsafe
• Chronic last-minute changes disrupt scheduling

You may rejoin after the required wait period (if applicable) and once your dog meets eligibility again.

10. Payment

Stay Fresh discounts apply only to on-time, in-window appointments.
All matting, shave-down, late pickup, or behavior-related fees are added as needed.
